At The Forge, we strive to provide flexibility and transparency in managing your membership. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your subscription and what to expect when doing so.


1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at

or through your account settings in the platform where you subscribed. Cancellation requests must include:

A clear request for cancellation.


2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to The Forge services until the end of the paid period.No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle after cancellation.


3. Recurring Billing and Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or immediate cancellations may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Demonstrated technical issues preventing service access.

Billing errors, such as duplicate charges.
